Check Out The Details Related To Dragon Ball’s Latest Saiyan

The most fascinating addition to the Dragon Ball series is the Saiyans. Every time a new Saiyan comes on board, there is a great fan attention devoted to him, considering the fact that each new Saiyan could potentially be at par with Goku or Vegeta.

While the anime series has wrapped up, the franchise ushered in a new Saiyan for their Dragon Ball Legends mobile game, and courtesy a Twitter user, we can now have a great visual of the new Saiyan and also find details about him.

Dragon Ball Legends is an upcoming game for iOS and Android-based phones which features a new player taking on the villains already seen in the series. The new Saiyan is equipped with a new armor design (which is similar to the armor worn by Cabba in Universe 6), and he has stormed the fandom.

There is a slot in the leather armor which lets the presently unnamed Saiyan’s tail to flourish at ease; the new Saiyan confirms that this is the character designed by Akira Toriyama. Just like the case of Android 21 in Dragon Ball FighterZ, the Dragon Ball Legends creative team met Toriyama with their concepts, and he created the new character based on those ideas.

The new Saiyan’s design, which came along with the snippets of the story about the warrior having ancient origins, from a time before Goku and team, made fans wonder that the new Saiyan might be linked to the time-traveling enemy scheduled to debut in the Dragon Ball Super movie releasing in December.

However, whether those connections are actually there or just speculations, is not known yet. In any case to see a new Saiyan character and design is a fascinating opportunity.

Those fans who couldn’t make it through to the first beta, the second testing phase will run between April 13-16. The second beta will take in thrice the number of players and will allow 30,000 beta participants to register. Although a new application system needs the players to reapply for the beta.

Dragon Ball Legends will be formally released during this summer.

Dragon Ball Super’s English dub is presently running on Adult Swim during the Toonami programming block on Saturday evenings at 9.30 pm. You can also stream it on FunimationNOW or Amazon Video. The Japanese language telecast is complete, and you can stream it on FunimationNOW, VRV or Crunchyroll.

Battle of Gods” arc, “Revival of F” arc, the “Universe 6″ arc, eventually bringing the series right up to the present TV airing of the “Future Trunks” arc.

It was announced by Funimation earlier that the remainder of the series will also soon come to its service. It releases in batches of 13 episode each after, exactly two weeks after the airing of the last episode on Cartoon Network, Dragon Ball Super’s English dub fans who don’t have a cable connection can also watch the series.

The Dragon Ball Super is going to see its first movie release in December in Japan, and the first trailer was out recently. The movie will be based on the Saiyans, “origins of Goku’s power,” and probably the story of the first ever Super Saiyan.
